Quick Start

Get your booking widget live in under 5 minutes.

This guide walks you through the fastest path from signup to a live booking widget.

1. Complete onboarding

After signing up at b2b.tickadoo.com:

  1. Select your partner type (hotel, venue, tourism board, etc.)
  2. Set your location — this determines which experiences appear on your map
  3. Accept the partner terms
  4. Connect your Stripe account for payouts

Tip

You can skip Stripe setup initially and connect it later from Settings. However, you won’t receive payouts until Stripe is connected.

2. Customize your map

Go to Map in the admin sidebar. If this is your first map, it’s created automatically during onboarding. You can create additional maps later.

For your map, you can:

  • Set your branding colors (clusters, markers, buttons)
  • Upload light and dark logo variants
  • Choose a light or dark theme
  • Adjust the map center and zoom level

3. Choose your distribution method

Go to Distribution to get your embed code or share link.

Option A: Share the hosted page

Copy your unique URL (e.g., your-slug.tickadoo.page) and share it with guests via email, QR code, or your website.

Option B: Embed the widget

Add this single line to your website’s HTML:

Replace YOUR_MAP_ID with your actual map ID from the Distribution page.

Note

The script tag is all you need. It automatically renders the map widget wherever you place it on your page.

4. Manage experiences

Go to Events to control which experiences appear on your map. You can:

  • Show/hide individual experiences
  • Feature specific ones to make them more prominent

5. Track commissions & payouts

Your Dashboard shows an overview of bookings and earnings. Visit Commissions to see stat cards, filter by status, and export commission data as CSV. Visit Payouts to track payout history and status.
