Commissions
Track your commission earnings and booking history.
The Commissions page gives you full visibility into your commission earnings. Access it from Commissions in the admin sidebar.
Stat cards
Four key metrics are displayed at the top:
| Stat | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Commissions awaiting eligibility |
| Eligible | Commissions ready for payout |
| Processed | Commissions that have been paid out |
| Canceled | Commissions that will not be paid |
Filtering
Use the status filter pills to narrow the list:
- Pending — bookings awaiting eligibility
- Eligible — ready for the next payout
- Processed — already paid out
- Canceled — not eligible for payout
If you have multiple maps, a map filter dropdown appears in the toolbar, letting you view commissions for a specific map or across all maps.
Commission table
Each row shows:

Sorting
Sort the table by:
- Date created — when the commission was recorded
- Experience date — when the experience takes place
- Commission — commission amount
Export
Click Export CSV to download your commission data for accounting or record-keeping.
How is commission calculated?
You earn a 50% profit share on each completed booking. The commission is calculated on the net booking value (after any applicable taxes or fees). Pending commissions become payable once the experience is delivered and the refund period has passed.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed automatically through Stripe on a regular schedule. The exact timing depends on your Stripe account settings and country. Typically, payouts arrive within 2-7 business days of being initiated.
